Coming from a 20 year sales background, this client was in the habit of booking appointments manually by taking calls and keeping a physical calendar. He was spending too much time calling back and forth about conflicting availability, and even missing calls while with other clients.

 

GOAL: Create a hands off appointment solution that gives the user complete access to the booking calendar.
